Ricotta al fumo Ginepro – Organic Aged Sheep’s Milk Whey Cheese 

Cold-smoked over wild juniper wood from the Abruzzese mountains, this organic aged ricotta is made from the whey of our rare Sopravvissana sheep and aged 3–6 months for a firm, sliceable texture and complex flavor.

Crafted on our family farm at the foot of Gran Sasso, it delivers a savoury-sweet balance with delicate smoke, herbal notes, and a creamy, clean finish.

Winner of First Prize at the European Cheese Olympics and multiple Slow Food Italy honors, it’s one of Italy’s most awarded smoked cheeses.
