This is the shape that has everyone scratching their heads. Shaped like calamari, which is a common cut, but with ridges inside!

So, not only does this Anelloni have all of the perfect attributes of bronze cut pasta; great flavor, a rough hand cut surface, but it is has those sauce clinging ridges inside. It’s crazy!

To our knowledge, there is no other producer that does this. When I asked the Masciarelli family why they did this, they just said “because we can”.

That works for me!
