Terms and Conditions
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped 2nd day or next day, signature release and cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Tracking numbers and notification of shipping will be e-mailed for all orders. Please be aware that you must confirm that someone will be available to receive the shipment. Therefore, we are unable to replace anything that was damaged because the recipient was not available at the time of delivery. All items are shipped in insulated containers and are marked "perishable".
ORDERS
We make every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt and will ship Monday thru Thursday. Orders placed Thursday or Friday, will be shipped on Monday. However, we can arrange for Saturday delivery for an extra charge. Please let us know.
