Wild Boar Sopressata
A cured meat we could eat every day! A small, coarse ground, air-cured/dried pork sausage. The recipe originated in the Northern Hills of Italy and is lightly seasoned with red wine and garlic. The name Cacciatorini comes from the hunters who used to carry these treats in their bags for a quick snack. Great sliced thin for a sandwich or thick on a charcuterie board with our exceptional selection of cheeses. Pair this with our Ricotta al fumo di Ginepro, or Caprino Stagionato for a flavor combination so intense it will rock your taste buds!
