The '@drinkeatlove' Jeff Porter/ Marcelli Formaggi Recipe Box
We're so excited to partner with our good friend and NYC Del Posto Alum Jeff Porter to bring you this curated box of rare, artisanal products from our familial home of Abruzzo, Italy! With three recipes created by Chef Mike Marcelli, you will follow along as Jeff uses these ingredients to create a three-course meal of traditional Abruzzese dishes. To start, the first dish is 'Condita', a classic Stracciatella soup using our family's 'Pecorino del Parco' 6-month aged sheep's milk cheese. The main course is 'Chitarra alla Fiaccheraia' using delicious pancetta, San Marzano tomatoes, Olio Fresco and our 12-month aged Pecorino Brigantaccio. To finish, you'll pair our young Ricotta Ginepro with a flavorful and bright Millefiore honey. As a special treat, we will be joined by Rebecca Flynn, sommelier of Eleven Madison Park in NYC- who will pair our dishes with robust wines from Abruzzo.

Half pound of Marcelli Formaggi Pecorino Brigantaccio - 12 month organic raw sheep's milk pecorino aged in bran in the style of the Brigands
6 oz of Ricotta al fumo Ginepro - 2 month juniper smoked organic sheep's milk ricotta
1.1 lbs (500 gr) Zaccagni Bronze cut Chitarra Pasta - 100% Italian grown durum flour and pure Majella Mountain water
500 ml bottle of Ursini/Marcelli Formaggi Olio Fresco - First cold pressed Abruzzo olive oil
