Eggplants and dried tomato pesto in extra virgin olive oil enriched by spices and white pepper. Perfect if combined with champagne and rosè wines. The oil used is our “Terre dell’Abbazia”, ideal to preserve any type of food in a glass jar. After its use, if there is anything left, we recommend to covering it with a good quality extra virgin olive oil and to refrigerate it.
