Gnocchetti Sardi

A short, small cut of pasta, thought to originate in Sardinia.

They actually look like miniature cavatelli and are often served in any kind of “Brodo”; Seafood, poultry, vegetable, beef or just serve with Sofia “Gli Strani” olive oil, Pecorino di Parco and peperoncino flakes.
